Nicolai Levashov
About Spirit, Mind and many other things...

Michael Alexandrov

The 21st century is Nicolai Levashov's paradigm era

There is nothing more difficult to take in hand,
more perilous to conduct, or more uncertain in its success,
than to take the lead in the introduction of a new order of things.
Because the innovator has for enemies all those
who have done well under the old conditions and
lukewarm defenders in those who may do well under the new.

Niccolo Machiavelli (1469-1527). The Prince (1513)

In 1977 inLeningrad (now St. Petersburg), at the Institute of Fine Mechanics and Optics (now St. Petersburg State University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics), Gennady N. Dulnev Ph.D conducted a series of experiments in which Ninel S. Kulagina, a person who possesses an unusual ability to move objects at a distance, took part. The aim of the experiments was to register the phenomenon of telekinesis and attempt to ascertain its nature.

Specialists of the Institute of Radio engineering and Electronics of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR headed by the Academician Y.B. Kobsarev, a founder of Soviet radiolocation, were invited to participate in the experiments. Y.B. Kobsarev maximized the investigation, aiming to discover the physical mechanism of the phenomena in relation to electromagnetic and other physical fields around living objects. Telekinesis had never been so scrupulously studied before. The Scientific community looked upon it as something from a circus magician’s box of tricks.

According to the classical definition, telekinesis (or psycho-kinesis) is a person’s ability to influence physical objects using only mental effort. The study of this kind of phenomena was always considered "pseudo-science" as orthodox physics tolerated nothing of the kind; when any facts appeared to contradict the generally accepted theory, then “so much the worse for those facts” as the "scientific" used to say.

The experiments mentioned above discovered that telekinesis cannot be directly caused by a change in the magnetic, electrical, acoustic and thermal field, which at the same time accompany the phenomenon to some extent. It was established that Kulagina could also mentally influence a laser beam. The researchers understood that Kulagina’s abilities are directly related to the activity of her brain and therefore called the observed manifestations the “K-phenomenon”.

All the results, observations and calculations were officially reported to the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. Nobody knows what happened to that report. The Academy sent no answers or comments. It is known that Y.B. Kobsarev called Y.B. Zeldovich, the leading Soviet Academician physicist, to Moscow and personally informed him about his ideas regarding the studied phenomena: "I have an impression that there is only one way to explain it, namely, to accept that volitional effort can affect the metrics of space-time…" Zeldovich answered that Kulagina undoubtedly used threads and Kobsarev just did not notice her manipulations. Obviously it was difficult to expect any other answer from Moscow, as in 1965 the Academy of Sciences issued a resolution in which it was prohibited to criticize or express doubts of Einstein’s theory of relativity in all its subordinate institutions. Such was the time.

In 1978 the head of the Institute of Fine Mechanics and Optics was called to Moscow to the Central Committee of the Communist Party to report personally on the results of the experiments with N.S. Kulagina. They listened attentively and then asked him for his personal opinion. The answer was short: "The K-phenomenon is neither mistake nor mystery; but physical reality and the only thing we can we do with it is to change the existing paradigm" … Deadly silence has reigned ever since...

It has been said that cognition of the truth passes through three phases: "this cannot be," "there is something in it" and "it cannot be otherwise," though, according to the scientists, 50 years can pass between the first and the third phase.

The constant struggle between two doctrines: Idealism and Materialism has been observed through the whole history of humanity. One considered the basis of the existing world to be ideas, the other that it was physical things. Both doctrines pretend to proclaim absolute truth. Initially idealism (according to Plato) explained natural phenomena as the activity of numerous almighty pagan deities. It was an idealistic paradigm. Materialism (according to Democritus) related to the objective laws of Nature. This paradigm did not depend on human consciousness and was interpreted as objective reality: over the course of time idealism changed materialism, and vice versa.

Thus, the time called the era of natural philosophic dualism (or separate existence of two fundamentally different and essentially opposed concepts) lasted up to The Middle Ages. Their peaceful and equal right to existence disappeared with the appearance of monotheism. The church contributed its “mite” into the struggle for truth. In The Middle Ages it began to persecute materialists and favoured the flourishing of idealism. Then the roles changed and the adherents of materialistic ideology came to power and started hunting idealists. Science began to raise its voice for truth during the Renaissance (from 14th to 17th centuries). Passing through historical difficulties, science constantly changed its position in order to correspond to the existing paradigm and created its own basis of natural philosophy. Finally, it seems that the materialistic point of view won. It states that our surrounding world exists objectively and does not depend on consciousness. That is to say, the essence of the paradigm finally formed by the middle of the 21st century completely excluded man and his spiritual world from the phenomena studied by science.

When quantum physics appeared, science began to lose its objective character and man and human consciousness started playing an important role as an active participant in experimental phenomena. One of the important characteristics of physics at the end of the 20th century is its position on the verge of physics and metaphysics. A lot of its fundamental concepts can be referred to the mental sphere, i.e. they cannot be perceived by human sense organs. For instance, Riemann’s curved space as an object of Einstein’s theory is, in fact, a mental space which cannot be observed directly and is a purely metaphysical object

The time for a new paradigm has come. It will be based on the philosophy which can be called idealistic materialism. The forming of the 21st century paradigm will not require new experimental and theoretical discoveries (we have more than enough of them now), but we need to study and comprehend the already accumulated ones carefully and intensively, to develop the integral perception of the world and to elaborate special training for the human brain’s grey cells.

Studying the structure of science makes us assert that it is formed and based on very rigorous rules and settings which form its natural philosophic basis. Modern natural philosophy which began to exist at the times of Plato, Euclid, Democritus and Aristotle has not changed. Aristotle, for instance, is the father of logic, the laws of which modern science has never questioned, although there are other kinds of logic, but only Aristotle’s one is used and generally recognized. The American scientologist Paul Feyerabend (of Austrian origin) affirms that there are alternative systems of knowledge. In his studies he comes to the conclusion that all existing systems of “knowledge” are nothing but ideological dogmas accepted as the only possible ones in order to serve the scientists’ will and social interests.

Many physical processes and phenomena are prohibited by scientific postulates which affirm their fundamental impossibility. Thus scientists monopolize THE RIGHT TO TRUTH. In addition to this, in the modern technocratic society the winner is not scientific truth but imposed dogma which benefits only the leaders of certain scientific, economic or political trends which they push forward as the only ideologically acceptable ones. That is why some scientific theories are often prohibited as they openly threaten the existing ideological monopoly.

Feyerabend considers that scientists should have confessed to society long ago that their world view is relative and accepted the right to existence of other alternative systems. It happened several times in the history of science when the alternative approach gave an explanation of natural phenomena which led to a scientific revolution and radically changed the explanatory basis of existing things. Thus, in our case the change to new alternative technologies is a transition to a dramatically different system and world view and therefore the creation of a new paradigm. It will undoubtedly entail creating alternative academies of science, universities, schools etc… Prohibition of this approach is impossible and unwise; on the contrary, it is necessary to start studying widely this alternative world view and, primarily, its practical results.

Coming back to N.S. Kulagina’s K-phenomenon we can verify the presence of non-physical and para-physical influence on objects. To deny para-physical influence is impossible today, as there are plenty of institutions throughout the world that study them. On establishing the fact that paranormal phenomena exist, science is looking for an agent of this kind of influence among known physical fields. However, the calculations showed that none of the existing physical factors can produce such an influence. In this case we are dealing with a psi-physical factor of influence on material objects and the existing methods of classical science do not fix on the influence itself but its manifestation. Psi-physical influence takes place on the topological level of reality, out of space and time, and can only be perceived using metaphysical methods.

At the end of the 1980s a number of non-governmental organizations, funds and schools appeared in Russia. Using a new approach in science, they started to elaborate alternative non-traditional psi-physical or psycho-physical technologies which could be effectively used in modern industry, agriculture, medicine, power engineering etc., at the same time sparing the environment. The leaders of these organizations and schools perfectly understood that the orthodox scientific community is not ready to perceive their metaphysical and philosophical methods and, even more so, to explain their practical results. That is why the technologies were introduced into practice in two ways.

The First Way was used when it was necessary to solve a practical problem. In this case nobody was interested in the nature of processes, but purely in the technology which gave necessary result. To achieve the latter, a number of pilot projects were carried out and the decision to use the technology was taken due to the positive results.

The Second Way was an attempt to explain the experimentally discovered phenomena and to describe corresponding mechanisms, using the language of modern science and a set of scientific hypotheses, which sometimes were just absurd. It was clear from the very beginning that the proposed hypotheses had nothing to do with the nature of the phenomena. This approach, although somewhat long-winded, permitted the demonstration and certification of discovered technologies in some scientific and research institutes in Russia and abroad and allowed the start of their experimental introduction in many branches of industry, medicine and agriculture. Several projects based on these alternative technologies applied in industry, agriculture, medicine and science have got state recommendations and support.

Official science, both academic and applied, avoids recognizing the majority of the results achieved by alternative technologies, as the latter’s distinguishing feature is the fact that the principles of their influence on physical and biological objects do not correspond to the existing "fundamental" laws and concepts (or more precisely, what is generally accepted today). For example, a scientific observer registers the changes caused by direct mental influence or by equipment created on the basis of new technologies and reckons that the influence is related to super-weak physical agents. He knows that the magnetic field emitted by the equipment is one hundred thousand times weaker than Earth’s magnetic field and its strength, as modern science considers, cannot be the cause of the changes manifested in physical and biological objects.

Science refers to this kind of phenomena as para-normal, because they stubbornly do not want to blend it in with the existing "universal laws." Failing to find an agent of the action, official science turns its back on the explanation of the phenomena under review and loses the possibility to put them to practical use for their own good and for the good of the whole of humanity. However, the number of similar facts increases with every passing year, whether they like it or not.

Experience in the adaptation of psycho-physical technologies to the medical, agricultural and industrial tasks showed that they have no competitors in the majority of sectors of the world economy. When introduced, they can entirely substitute the existent branches of national and worldwide economy and form new ones. At the same time, they are totally balanced and sparingly treat and protect nature. Single industrial projects can be a hundred times more effective than the whole of modern industries. All this allows psychophysical technologies to be the only instrument which can solve the economical, political, and social problems of the world.

There is another very important characteristic of psychophysical technologies: they do not need expensive studies and long development. Right after demonstrative experiments the technologies can be applied in industry with almost unlimited scale of usage. Judging from the experience, psychophysical technologies can be adapted to solve industrial and scientific problems within a term of several months or even weeks.

Few paid attention to the words of Pope John Paul II at the end of 1998, when he called for the acknowledgment of metaphysics and the use of its technologies already available in the 20th century, otherwise, he warned, an inevitable catastrophe is waiting for our civilization. The fact is that numerous historical studies show that our world and universe are psychophysical, something of which our ancestors had, as do many people now, no doubt whatsoever, except for those which were brought up by rationalistic science which stubbornly insists on the purely materialistic point of view. Now scientific circles have to recognize the existence of paranormal phenomena, not as a challenge to their world view but, at least, as existing fact.

The appearance of Russian academician Nicolai V. Levashov’s works in the scientific and philosophical world is not casual. The official publications in mass media, the information on different web-sites, personal experience in the work and relations with people who know N. Levashov personally, are convincing evidence that he and his school have at their disposal the alternative knowledge and corresponding equipment which allows them to do the following:

– Carry out unique medical interventions and to train many-sided medical specialists;

– Change the phenotype (observable characteristics) of plants;

– Change, in the short-term, the parameters of the atmosphere and ocean, thereby altering the trajectory of hurricanes;

– Change the climatic parameters of the atmosphere, for example, moisture and heat flow which immediately reflects on the productivity of any crop;

– Alter the strain on the planet’s tectonic plates to decrease the danger of earthquakes;

– Restore the ozone layer and close up the holes;

– Decrease the level of man-made pollution and dispersed radiation in soil and water, to restore agricultural lands to optimum productivity.

– There are reasons to consider that Levashov is fully capable of stopping the uncontrollable activity which is still going on in the Chernobyl Nuclear Plant’s fourth reactor.

– Change the trajectory of comets and space objects endangering Earth;

– Define at a distance the leakage of different substances stored underground, be it for example, hydrocarbons in the pipelines or any pollutants.

There are other fields of human activity where Levashov’s knowledge has shown serious practical results. Levashov’s basic instrument is a psi-field generated by his brain, the constant transformation of which, with the spirit, allowed him to create properties which led him beyond the limitations of the five human sense organs. He learned to change the functions of other people’s brains enlarging their abilities and making them professionals in their work. Levashov’s practical work can be related to as metaphysical psi-activity. The tool he uses is psychophysics based on the concept that the world is one whole organism having a psychophysical structure.

We can discuss how Levashov does all this for a long time, but he teaches it too, cultivating in his students high spiritual morality. In Levashov’s school it is generally accepted that the development of high morality with the understanding of personal responsibility for one’s actions should precede the acquisition of knowledge. The majority of people who have passed through this kind of study begin to put spiritual values before material ones.

The educational process in the school is organized due to an unwritten law which says that knowledge is not the formal standardized transference of "a baton." Susceptibility and readiness to get it should naturally appear in the soul of every student. The students striving for knowledge get it according to their talents for understanding.

Levashov considers that the harmony between creativity and responsibility for the result of any creation is a very important aspect of education. He diligently warns his students about the constant danger of efficacious knowledge. When man is given the power to heal deadly illnesses, to grow abundant crops and to solve complicated technical and scientific problems, he is inevitably exposed to different temptations. Until he gets full and clear understanding of his responsibility, there will be a danger that he could be a serious menace to society. That is why studying in Levashov’s school requires virtue, understanding, knowledge and attuning one’s world view in accordance with the knowledge received. All practical skills and abilities which students get apply later naturally and logically. Now the school has more than three thousand students from Europe and the USA, amongst which are children of high-ranking politicians and some well known businessmen.

It is clear that practical results demonstrated by N. Levashov and his school were achieved on a dramatically different alternative basis of human knowledge. It causes envy in many hierarchs of contemporary science responsible for this or that fundamental direction in science. Inevitably a question arises: what should we do with the tens of scientific and applied science institutes which took the budget money to solve some serious problems and gave no results? At the same time, right around the corner, there are teams, unacknowledged by the scientific community, which using their own money successfully solve the same problems, getting outstanding practical results which serve as a solid proof of the rightness of their theoretical postulates.

In terms of contemporary orthodox science, everything that Levashov does is impossible in principle, but the results speak for themselves. For example, at the end of 2006 two American astrophysicists got the Nobel Prize after they discovered the relict radiation heterogeneity in the Universe whereas N. Levashov had proved the heterogeneity and written about it in 1993. Levashov not only uses telekinesis but also gives a scientific explanation of this phenomenon. His latest discoveries in biology took the veil of mystery from many unexplainable phenomena, such as the tunnelling effect of cell division, DNA phantoms and many others.

Up until now man has used his five sense organs to develop the ecological niche which Nature gave him, but the process of acquiring knowledge still goes on. Man invented unique devices which widened the ability of his sense organs and began to see further and feel deeper. However, the question is: can we understand the whole Universe based on just five sense organs? It would seem that there is no new information outside the niche reserved for man, although he already has come across the notion that there is something out there. Thus, astrophysicists, who study the motion of celestial bodies, discovered an interesting phenomenon. In order for celestial bodies — planets, stars and galaxies — to move along their orbits according to the laws of celestial mechanics the mass of matter required must be ten times greater than the designated mass ascribed to it. They called this phenomenon, or more exactly the manipulations with the requisite quantity of the matter, "dark matter," giving no further explanations.

Unlike them, Levashov affirms that the human brain is a mighty instrument and it is necessary to know how to use it correctly. In the process of a long and tiresome search he created his own brain and succeeded in not just staying alive but getting new abilities which allowed him to look at the Universe surrounding us beyond the limit of our five senses and to explain the strange phenomenon of the "dark matter." He came to the conclusion that the visible matter consists of only 10% of the whole of matter, both in the "small" Universe and in the "big" one. It is free primary matter, invisible to the naked eye, which determines the behavior of visible matter. All this and much of his own understanding of the Universal laws he has expounded in the cosmogonic monograph "The Anisotropic Universe."

Cosmogonic concepts about our Universe, or macro-space, occupy the central place in Levashov’s works. He says: "Concepts about the nature of the Universe reflect and determine the level of development of human thought and technology, as well as the future development of civilization as a whole." Or: "If man has incomplete or erroneous concepts about the nature of the Universe, his activity leads to the destruction of the ecological system which, in the end, may lead to the annihilation of life on the planet."

When Nicolaus Copernicus (1473-1543) advanced a supposition that our Universe had a spherical form, nobody could go further and describe our Universe in reality and define the laws of its creation. Nicolai Levashov answered these questions and described the structure of billions of universes as a united system and even the forms according to which the universes "are assembled."

From Levashov’s point of view our space-Universe, although having huge dimensions, is finite in all directions. It is just one space-"petal" which together with numerous other universe-"petals" creates a six-ray. There are billions upon billions of civilizations in each "petal"-universe, which create their hierarchies, the unions of civilizations, which together form the six-ray’s united hierarchy.

The six-ray had appeared as the result of an explosion in the area of contact of two space matrices. Primary matters of one and the same type, which, liberated at the moment of the super-explosion, were absolutely harmonious with each other.

The six-ray is just one of the uncountable matrix space "knots" which are located in the space "honeycombs" when each six-ray is an "atom" in a lattice if the latter had a honeycomb structure. A matrix space can be compared to a Mobius strip made of a breath-taking number of space "honeycombs." The matrix space, in which any six-ray similar to ours, is only a trifling "atom," is just one of the numerous layers of the space "cake"! We should also take into account that free primary matters move between the universe-"petals" of the six-ray, which makes up 90% of the mass of the matter, both in our space-universe and in the six-ray.

Levashov notes that, studying the structure of the Universe, all earthly religions assert that God created it, but he did it exactly the way people imagine when observing the night sky, stars, planets and other phenomena. For "some" reason the Universe created by God fully corresponds to human concepts! In this connection we note that Levashov’s school is nothing but a school for training demiurges, "demiurge" we understand to mean a person who realizes his highest predestination — to create universes.

Helping us to have a clear idea of macro-space, Levashov begins by describing the internal structure of matter, the micro-space, whilst at the same time coming to practical conclusions and marking out the direction for the future development of natural science.

The world of science could well give Levashov credit for the fact that, whilst working on the most interesting processes of psi-creation, he did not drown completely in this work or isolate himself in the practical side, but found fundamental explanations, described possible mechanisms related to many natural phenomena and gave an all-embracing picture of the macro- and micro-space surrounding man.
